Jamaat-e-Islami Women Wing leaders Sakeena Shahid, Samina Ehsan sternly condemn Peshawar’s mosque ghastly incident

ISLAMABAD: Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan’s Women Wing Deputy Secretary General Sakeena Shahid and Nazima North Punjab Province Samina Ehsan Tuesday sternly denounced the ghastly bomb blast at a mosque in Peshawar Police Lines

Deputy Secretary General Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan Sakina Shahid while condemning the attack in the mosque in Peshawar Police Lines expressed her condolences to the relatives of the martyred souls and also prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured people.

In her statement she also expressed her serious concern for the deteriorating law and order situation besides the debilitating economic situation in the country. With terrorist elements so easily loitering in mosques and creating havoc with peoples’ lives leaves a grave question mark on performance of the security agencies.

Samina Ehsaan said that such mischief mongers who are taking innocent lives are actually enemies of humanity. While expressing solidarity for the distressed families of the martyrs among police men she prayed for the forgiveness and high stature of martyrs. Moreover, she demanded the government to make a thorough inquiry in the said terrorist attack and inflict exemplary punishment on the culprits.

Expressing their views on the said tragedy, Deputy Nazima province of Punjab Nuzhat Bhatee, Kausar Praveen, Rukhsana ghazanfar, Nazima district Islamabad Nusrat Naheed, Nazima District Rawalpindi Ansaa Ashfaq, Supervisor Media and publication wing Islamabad Sajda Absar and Qudsiya Mudasir also expressed their condolences with bereaved families, prayed for the martyred souls and early recovery of the injured persons.
