ISLAMABAD: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has discharged Raja Khurram Nawaz and Ghulam Sarwar and other 34 accused from judicial complex and high court attack case.

The court adjourned the further hearing of the case till July 13.

Judicial complex and High Court attack cases came up for hearing before Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) led by Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain Thursday.

The court discharged Raja Khurram Nawaz and Ghulam Sarwar from the case. The 34 other accused nominated in the case have also been discharged.

Sardar Masroof counsel for the accused appeared in the court. He told the court no one was arrested from the scene. Some among them were lifted from shops and some from other places and were nominated in the cases. In this case 29 people were already discharged on the plea of IO.

The court remarked if you want to give application then give the application. We see it.

The counsel Sardar Masroof filed 265-D petition.

The court while accepting the plea discharged all the accused from the case who appeared before it today.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till July 13.

Two different cases were registered in police station Ramna against all the accused persons.
