MIRANSHAH: Key militant commander Adnan Rasheed has been killed in North Waziristan on Tuesday. Official sources have confirmed the killing of Adnan Rasheed, who had escaped from Bannu Jail in 2012.

Sources said Rasheed along with his family was killed in an action by security forces in Mir Ali. He was also involved in attack on former president General (retd) Pervez Musharraf.

Taliban sources have not yet confirmed or denied Rasheed’s killing.
