Long queues of vehicles for CNG ruin traffic system

ISLAMABAD: The traffic system in the twin cities has been ruined due to long queues of vehicles at the compressed natural gas (CNG) stations, while on the other hand, most domestic users remained deprived of gas and used firewood to cook meals.

The owners of CNG filling stations were seen overcharging consumers, who had to wait for hours to get the fuel.

Transporters urged the chief justice of Pakistan to fix separate petrol pumps and CNG stations for the public transports.

They also demanded strict action against the owners of CNG stations for not providing gas to motorist and transporters.
