ISLAMABAD: Former Prime Minister and PML-N Supreme leader Nawaz Sharif – who is currently living in a self exile – has decided not to return to country immediately, it emerged.

According to details, the former prime minister has directed his daughter and party’s senior vice president Maryam Nawaz to present a comprehensive report as she is expected to return soon.

Speculations were making rounds Friday that the three-time prime minister had decided to return to Pakistan with immediate effect after the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf supported Chaudhry Parvez Elahi remained successful in securing vote of confidence by the Punjab Assembly.

However, the rumors have stopped circulating now and party sources say Nawaz has told second tear leadership his immediate return is impossible.

It is also reported that Nawaz has directed his party to begin preparations for next general elections in country.
