ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister (PM) Shebaz Sharif has congratulated the nation and business community on the start of business with extraordinary increase of 2231 points in Pakistan Stock Exchange on the opening day of week.

Due to our persistent hardwork and prudent policies the signs of economic recovery has started coming forth, he said in a statement issued here Monday.

The country has been put on the track of development again and new sun of hope is rising after intense despair, he added.

PM said they are leading Pakistan towards path of development with the same spirit under which Pakistan was rid of the energy crisis, terrorism and other issues during 2013 and 2018. He said we have to continue our journey of national development and economic stability in the same direction and with the same passion and diligence

The confidence of business community is becoming restored fast as a result of the Staff Level Agreement and the three billion dollars Standby Arrangement with the International Monetary Fund.

We are once again pursuing Nawaz Sharif vision of progress, development and prosperity of people , he underlined.
