ISLAMABAD: Mister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Sheikh Aftab Ahmed has said that interior minister used word ‘Tamasha’ (Show) for the protest held outside the parliament so he will not apologize.

On Sunday, while talking to reporter he said, “I called Opposition leader in the National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah to participate in the NA session; however he referred me to talk to Syed Navid Qamar because he is in Sukkur.”

Sheikh Aftab said, later he contacted Shah Mehmood Qureshi but he stayed on the stance that Chaudhry Nisar should take his words back, however interior minister didn’t use the word for inside parliament protest.

Replying to a query he said, if Local Bodies (LB) Polls would conduct as per schedule in Punjab and Sindh then session of NA will not conduct according to schedule and will held in February.
