Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has issued notice for June 9 to home secretary and other respondents on the petition seeking "B" class for PTI senator Ijaz Chaudhry in jail.

The petiton filed by Salma Ijaz wife of senator Ijaz Chaudhry came up for hearing before single bench of LHC led by Justice Wahid Khan on Wednesday.

Through the petiton the act for not giving B class in jail to Ijaz Chaudhry despite being senator was challenged.

it was said in the petition that senaot Ijaz Chaudhry was involved in false case and B class is also not being given to him under jail rules.

The court was requsted through the petiton that it should issue order for giving B class to senator Ijaz Chaudhry.

The court issued notice for June 9 to home secretary and other respondents.
