Pak-US efforts jointly to make Pakistan stronger: USAID MD

ISLAMABAD: United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Mission Director (MD) Gregory Gottlieb has said that U.S. and Pakistan’s joint efforts in field of agriculture and economic growth will contribute to a stronger, brighter future for Pakistan.

He expressed these views while addressing a seminar here on Tuesday.

“We look forward to our continued partnership with the Planning Commission and the Government of Pakistan as they chart this path to prosperity,” USAID MD added.

The US strongly supports Pakistani researchers and the government of Pakistan to make evidence-based policy reforms that addresses rural poverty.

Federal Minister for Planning and Development, Ahsan Iqbal also addressed the seminar.
