Pak will eliminate the menace of terrorism: PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that Pakistan will eliminate the menace of terrorism from its territory. He expressed these views while talking to President of Bill and Milinda Gates Foundation Dr Chris Elias who called on the Prime Minister. Talking to him, Nawaz Sharif said that Pakistan will eliminate the menace of terrorism from its territory. He said terrorism is a disease which has inflicted our society. The Prime Minister said that Government is committed to eradicate polio from Pakistan.

He said Pakistan will benefit from the experiences of Bill and Milinda Foundation in fields of immunization and Child mortality.

He expressed gratitude to Bill Gates foundation for making substantial contribution to Polio eradication initiatives in Pakistan. He said we would like to continue our close collaboration with the Gates Foundation to strengthen our national efforts in eradicating polio worldwide.

Expressing his views on their concerns regarding polio cases in some parts of FATA and Karachi‚ Prime Minister said that we are ensuring the security of those working in conflict areas in order to provide full coverage to polio program.
