TORGHAR: Prime Minister (PM) laid the foundation stone of Torghar, Buner Highway, Buner, Karakar Link Tunnel and Torghar Buner RCC Bridge.

Prime Minister also met with local tribal elders and leaders.

Federal Minister for Information Maryam Aurangzeb, Advisor to PM Engineer Ameer Muqam and Captain Safdar were also present on this occasion.

While talking to elders, PM said that new era of development will start by laying the foundation stone of roads, bridges and other projects in district Torghar.

He said that Former Prime Minister (PM) Mohammad Nawaz Sharif had started historical projects there in his era.

Previous government had put those projects in cold storage.

The projects of Nawaz Sharif will be taken forward.

Funds for those projects have been allocated in the budget.

Federal government will support the province for completion of projects.

Prime Minister was also briefed about different development projects in Buner.

PM Shehbaz Sharif directed to accelerate the pace of work on development projects of Buner and Torghar and they be completed on priority basis.

Work on these development projects be done day in day out and no compromise should be made on quality and transparency.
