ISLAMABAD: PPP will observe 46th Black Day today on July 05 against the overthrow of former Prime Minister Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto's government and Zia-ul-Haq's martial law .

Acting President of PPP Central Punjab Rana Muhammad Farooq Saeed has directed all divisional district city and tehsil organizations as well as allied wings ticket holders and party workers.

Through the directive it has been asked to observe July 5, 2023 as Black Day.

According to the instructions issued by the senior leadership of the party, all the participants have been asked to wear black bands on their arms as a sign of protest and observe Black Day against subversion of the Constitution.

The directive also states that the black flag will be hoisted in the party offices and the party flag will be lowered half mast.
