Protest against decision in Tosha Khana case: IHC raises three objection on bail plea of Imran Khan
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has raised three objections on Imran Khan bail plea over protest against decision in Tosha Khana case.
The registrar office has raised this objection that Imran Khan signatures are different on two places in the petition. Imran Khan has not got done biometric verification. How can the bail petition be filed in high court direct.
It is pertinent to mention here that Imran Khan withdrew the bail plea from sessions court and filed it in high court.

Imran Khan filed petition through the counsel barrister Suleman Safdar and the registrar office IHC raised objections over it.
