PTI should end politics of sit-in, contribute in development: Ahsan Iqbal

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Planning and Commission Ahsan Iqbal has appealed to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to end the politics of sit-in, ‘Jalao Gherao’ (protest) and to cooperate with government in the development of country.

On Thursday, while talking to media outside parliament house he said, “Country is heading towards reinstatement of economy with high speed and access of Pakistani products in European markets is proof of this development.”

Ahsan Iqbal said, government invites industrialists to establish their industry in Pakistan so that country could progresses more effectively, because at this stage no shock should be given to the economy of country.

“Pakistan Muslim League (PML-N) is working in centre and Punjab, while Imran Khan can fulfil all of his dreams in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), but he should leave the politics of demonstrations,” he added.

The minister stated that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) in Sindh and Nationalists Parties in Balochistan should lead their provinces towards development, and then in next elections people will decide who worked how much for the country.

“We have all of our sympathies with people of Bangladesh and hope that our relations will be strengthened in future also,” he concluded.
