LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) has fixed for hearing Punjab government appeal plea against acquittal of PTI leader Dr Yasmin Rashid in Jinnah House case.

A two members bench of LHC presided over by Justice Syed Shahbaz Ali Rizvi will hear the appeal on June 26.

Punjab government has taken stance in its appeal plea that Anti Terrorism Court discharged Dr Yasmin Rashid from the case contrary to law.

Registrar office issued cause list.

The court has sought record from police.
