KARACHI: Sindh Rangers arrested a notorious target killer at Jinnah International Airport Karachi who was about to fly out of the country.

According to Rangers spokesperson‚ the arrested target killer Osama Habib had an affiliation with a political party and was involved in more than dozen cases of murders besides numerous cases of firing and rioting.
