Sacrifices rendered by Kashmiris for Pakistan could not be forgotten: Geelani
SRINAGAR: The Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference (G) Syed Ali Shah Geelani in his message on the Pakistan Day has said that the sacrifices rendered by Kashmiris for Pakistan could not be forgotten. He said that due to the Indian forces lockdown from last seven months the Kashmiri masses are living miserable life. He said that instead of rendering great sacrifices for the independence of Kashmir, still Kashimiris are stick to join Pakistan. He said that it is our firm belief that one day we will certainly join Pakistan and process of rendering sacrifices and struggle is continued.
Syed Ali Shah Geelani said that Pakistan Day lives in our hearts, adding that from 23rd March 1940 when resolution for securing independent country was passed the Kashmiris are struggling till today for joining Pakistan.
He said that 23rd March is very important day for us historically, adding that even today we being a nation are struggling for independence of Kashmir and our resolve and courage is unparalleled.
Syed Ali Shah Geelani said that we love with Pakistan and there is complete unity in us regarding the freedom of Kashmir, adding that our struggle is continued with firm resole. Geelani said that we reaffirm our resolve on Pakistan Day that we will not hesitate to render any sacrifice for the freedom of Kashmir, adding that India has made circumstances further difficult for us; however the whole Kashmiri nation is fully resolved to achieve the purpose.
Syed Ali Shah Geelani said that he wants to say to Pakistani masses that we needed the resolve and efforts of 23rd March 1940 for the independence of Kashmir. He said that occupied Kashmir is passing through a difficult period as Kashmiris have been made hostage from a long time, adding that the sacrifices of Kashmiris will always be remembered. He said that Pakistan Day is a new pledge day for us, adding that the Kashmiri nation has always bravely faced every difficult time, adding that existence of Pakistan is dear to us. He said that the sacrifices rendered by Kashmiris for Pakistan could not be forgotten.
He said that no treatment facilities are available for Coronavirus in occupied Kashmir, adding that depriving from the medical facilities is contrary to the principles of humanity, adding that this is violation of the international laws. He said that ensuring self-determination to Kashmiris according to the United Nations Security Council resolutions is responsibility of the international community.
