ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has ordered to initiate proceedings for declaring PTI leader Shahbaz Gill proclaimed offender in sedition case.

The court ordered to Chairman NADRA to block national identity card of Shahbaz Gill.

Additional Sessions judge ordered FIA to arrest Shahbaz Gill forthwith.

Judge Tahir Abbas directed Shahbaz Gill be arrested wherever he is seen on any airport in Pakistan and be presented in the court.

The court remarked Shahbaz Gill does not want to move forward his case deliberately.

The court ordered deputy commissioner Islamabad and Faisalabad to file report regarding property of Shahbaz Gill within 30 days.

The compliance report in connection with non bailable arrest warrants of Shahbaz Gill was also filed by police.

Police said efforts were made to arrest Shahbaz Gill as per warrant. But Shahbaz Gill went to US deliberately.

The court while ordering to launch proceedings of declaring Shahbaz Gill proclaimed offender summoned other reports on July 26.
