LAHORE: Sessions court has issued non-bailable arrest warrants of Moonis Elahi, son of former Chief Minister (CM) Punjab and president PTI Chaudhry Pervez Elahi.

The warrants have been issued in the case giving and taking bribe and abetment in the offence.

FIA while filing plea for issuing non bailable arrest warrants of Moonis Elahi had taken plea it was tried to include him in investigation but he is avoiding it.

The FIA had also requested the court to issue non-bailable arrest warrants of co-accused Hamid Sohail.

The court while accepting the plea issued non-bailable arrest warrants of both of the accused.
