At this critical juncture of our life span, our salaries have been stopped since December, 2013 and we are now left with no money even to support our families. The shopkeepers have refused to provide us essential commodities and groceries on credit and we are daily humiliated and subjected to insult by the shop keepers for non clearance of our long outstanding bills, they said.

The employees and their families have demanded of chief minister Punjab to take personal interest into the matter and issue orders for immediate release and payment of their salaries otherwise they will be forced to hold protest rallies.
