The event featured an inaugural ceremony led by the Vice Chancellor of Sarhad University, Prof. Dr. Salim ur Rehman, and a closing ceremony presided over by Prof. Dr. M. All nine member universities of the Private Chartered Universities Forum-KP, including Sarhad University, Abasyn University, City University, CECOS University, Gandhara University, Qurtuba University, Iqra National University, Northern University, and Preston University, collaborated to organize this event.

This event marked a significant milestone as it was the first time in KP's history that all private sector universities united to showcase their Final Year Projects across various disciplines. Each university presented its ten best projects, resulting in a total of 90 projects on display. The competition was divided into four categories: Engineering and Technology, Life Sciences, Computer Science & IT, and Management Sciences & Social Sciences. A panel of experts from public sector universities served as jury members and assessed the projects in their respective fields.

Prof. Dr. Qasim Jan awarded prizes to the top projects in each category. During their interactions with participants, the Chief Guest, Guest of Honour, and Vice Chancellor emphasized the importance of promoting science and technology. They highlighted that quality education is crucial for competing with developed nations and encouraged students to concentrate on their studies to become valuable members of society. Additionally, they advised teachers to engage their students in creative activities to bring honour to the country.

The Chief Guest also toured project stalls from various universities and commended the high quality of the projects developed by final-year students in various disciplines. The Chairman of HERA presented a university shield to the Chief Guest as a token of appreciation.
