Peshawar: Jamat-e-Islami (JI) Chief Siraj-ul-Haq has said that few imperialists and feudal have taken control of our country, adding that corrupt elite that played at the hands of British oppressors are now ruling us.

Addressing a gathering of party workers in Peshawar, he said that imperialist institutions, with the help of corrupt ruling elite has taken away our sovereignty and our rights have been snubbed.

Siraj said that our corrupt elite is putting our biggest asset, that is, our youth into hellfire.Incident that took place at Minar-e-Pakistan and Noor Mukaddam’s murder are ‘gifts of this rotten system and corrupt elite’ he said.

JI Chief said that only way to get rid of this unjust system is a revolution.Only two percent of population has taken control of our youth’s resources and rights, he added.
