America not accepting a humiliating defeat in Afghanistan: Liaqat Baloch

GUJRAT: Deputy Chief of Jamaat-e-Islami, former Parliamentary Leader Liaqat Baloch while talking to Workers Convention and Media in Bhimber, Samahni (Azad Kashmir), Kharian, Gujrat said that the United States wants to strengthen its clamp through its own laws in Pakistan.

The US attitude is indicative of the IMF, the FATF’s tough measures. The United States is not accepting a humiliating defeat in Afghanistan; it is blackmailing NATO countries to get it involved in the defeat in Afghanistan. In Afghanistan, the US, India and Israel’s strategy of all kinds of war, oppression and human rights violations has failed. Pakistan faces major challenges in national security, economic recovery and counter-terrorism.

After the demise of Syed Ali Gilani, new challenges and a new era have begun to resolve the Kashmir issue. For a national consensus strategy to counter Kashmir, Afghanistan, the economic crisis, and possible US pressure, Imran Khan as Prime Minister, Chief Executive will have to come out of the siege of his arrogance and rudeness.

Addressing the Political, Electoral Workers Convention, Liaqat Baloch said that the government has knowingly and deliberately pushed back the national consensus for electoral reforms and made the electronic voting machine, the right of vote to overseas Pakistanis controversial. Electoral reforms and legitimate voter list registration for transparent, impartial, credible elections, prevention of use of wealth and power, transparent, credible system for census and delimitation and prevention of interference from the establishment and so-called political, blackmailer electables will have to be get rid of. Democratic forces must crush their anti-national aspirations to seize power on illegitimate grounds in order to hold free and fair elections.

Liaqat Baloch while talking to dignitaries and media in Samahni village, which is located on Cease Fire Line Azad Kashmir, said that Syed Ali Gilani was a great figure in the present history of the independence movement. His death has increased the responsibilities and challenges for the Kashmiri leadership across the country and for the ruling classes in Islamabad.
