Islamabad: PTI while rejecting the decision for awarding punishment to PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in Al-Qadir trust case has decided to resort to superior judiciary.
“justice system is being ruined in the country. Man who made efforts for the sake of justice for 27 years in the country fell victim to injustice. Talks with government will continue despite court decision against PTI founder, this was said by PTI chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan while addressing press conference here Friday.
What decision has been announced by judge in Al-Qadir trust case is another decision based on injustice in Pakistan, he added.
Whosoever gives decision on the basis of injustice is promoted, he remarked.
This is such a case wherefrom Imran Khan has not taken benefit of even of a single pie.
It is matter of regret that a trustee woman has been awarded punishment in this country.
We are not disappointed. We will move to high court within a few days. We will tell the world Imran Khan had committed no crime. This is a political revenge.
PTI founder is not afraid of these cases and he will soon be released.
Our talks with government will continue and if commission is not constituted then talks will not be held afterwards.
He alleged government has caused harm to such an institution where the poor children were being provided education free.
He underlined people are not getting justice from lower courts at present.
PTI leader Shoaib Shaheen said people are being lifted from their homes.
We will challenge this case in high court forthwith, he added.
