Islamabad: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued written order for hearing appeal pleas of PTI founder and Bushra Bibi in 190 million pounds case. Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Muhammad Asif have issued written order. The court through this order has given last chance to counsels for PTI founder and Bushra Bibi for giving arguments on the appeal pleas. The court has warned if the arguments are not given on appeals in next hearing then the decision will be announced on available record after hearing the NAB. On the undertaking by Latif Khosa for giving arguments on next hearing , the plea for adjourning the case is approved.
It has been said in the order that the counsel Sardar Latif Khosa whose power of attorney from PTI founder and Bushra Bibi is available on record has given undertaking he will give arguments in connection with appeals during next hearing. The court` is adjourning the hearing due to undertaking of Sardar Latif Khosa.
The court makes it clear that now last chance is being given in this case and if arguments are not given on appeals during next hearing then the case will not be adjourned further. Decision regarding appeals will be made after seeing the available record and hearing NAB. The hearing of the case is adjourned for indefinite period.
