Rawalpindi: Judge Nasir Javed Rana of Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has expressed resentment over non presence of counsel for Bushra Bibi in 190 million pounds financial scandal..The court while giving last chance of accused Bushra Bibi and her counsel made it clear the right to cross examination will be ended if no cross questioning is conducted on next hearing.The court adjourned hearing of the reference till November 6.PTI founder was presented in court room during hearing of the case in Adiala jail Monday.Bushra Bibi too reached Adiala jail for appearing in the court. However Usman Gil, counsel for Bushra Bibi did not appear in the court due to pre-occupation.Junior counsel Faisal Chaudhry requested for adjourning the hearing.Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi counsel for NAB once again raised objection over request for adjournment taking the plea 36 hearings have taken place but the counsel for Bushra Bibi are not completing the cross questioning. This way case is being prolonged unnecessa rily.Counsel for NAB requested the court the right to cross questioning of defence counsel be eliminated. Defence counsel did not appear despite fixation of time for hearing at 10 a.m.The court adjourned the hearing of reference till November 6.
