Islamabad: Court while expressing annoyance over absence of Bushra Bibi and her lawyers during hearing of 190 million pounds reference in Adiala jail has remarked if lawyers continue to pursue this practice then warrants can be issued again by cancelling the bail.NAB prosecutor took the plea exemption is being sought on medical grounds while medical reports are not found. Bushra Bibi is misusing bail granted to her, therefore, show cause notice be issued.Judge Nasir Javed of Accountability Court (AC) took up the reference for hearing Thursday.PTI founder was presented in court room.Junior lawyer Khalid Yousuf Chaudhry appeared on behalf of Bushra Bibi.Counsel Yousuf Chaudhry filed exemption plea from attendance in respect of Bushra Bibi on medical grounds.Prosecution team opposed the exemption plea of Bushra Bibi.NAB prosecutor took the plea neither Bushra Bibi has appeared in the court nor her counsels have come.Date for hearing the case today was given in the presence of the lawyers. if the lawyers were busy in high court then they would have told the court. Signatures of Bushra Bibi and her lawyers are not there on exemption plea. Prosecution has no such desire that Bushra Bibi should appear on every hearing in the court.NAB prosecutor said if Bushra Bibi does not want to come then she should appoint her pleader. Exemption is being sought on medical grounds but medical reports are not available. Bushra Bibi is misusing her bail. Show cause notice be issued to her.The investigating officer of the case could not be investigated due to non presence of lawyers of Bushra Bibi.The court adjourned the hearing of 190 million pounds reference till today (Friday).
