Rawalpindi: The cross questioning of last witness in 190 million pounds financial scandal against PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi was postponed due to absence of counsel for Bushra Bibi in Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad.The court adjourned hearing of the case till today (Wednesday).Both the accused and their lawyers were present in the court during the hearing of the case.However the other associate lawyers of the accused while requesting for adjourning the hearing told that the counsel for Bushra Bibi is unwell and he cannot appear in the court due to ailment.NAB prosecutor opposed the adjournment of hearing.NAB prosecutor was of view that 12 lawyers have filed their power of attorney from the side of the accused. The last witness of reference is appearing in 23 hearings regularly but cross questioning is not being completed. IHC has stopped from announcing decision of the case and not from conducting trial.Expressing annoyance over plea for adjourning the hearing co urt remarked we are giving last chance.
