Islamabad: PTI founder Imran Khan has filed two miscellaneous petitions in the court of Special Judge Central Islamabad against not arranging his telephonic conversation with his children and not conducting his medical check up on regular basis.
These petitions will be heard on April 14.
Counsels for PTI founder filed these petitions in the court of special judge central Islamabad.
One petition was filed against non arranging his telephonic talk with his children.
The petition said jail authorities did not implement court's earlier orders with respect to making arrangement for conversation of Imran Khan with his children.
The court was requested through petition to order jail authorities to arrange weekly telephonic conversation of Imran Khan with his children.
The second petition was filed in connection with medical check up of Imran Khan on regular basis. The petition includes name of Dr Muhammad Asif Yousuf, Dr Faisal Sultan and Dr Samina Niazi.
The petition said medical check up of PTI founder is not being conducted. Court is requested to order for conducting regular medical check up of PTI founder.
The petitions will be heard on April 14 due to non availability of special judge central Shahrukh Arjumand.
