Rawalpindi: Environment department Rawalpindi has sealed 21 and issued notice to over 150 restaurants, tikka houses and Bar B Q points during operation. During a major operation, Field and Night Squad comprising Inspector Rana Umair Asad, Inspector Aman Ullah, Inspector Umar Farooq, Field assistant Tanvir Hussain Shah and Javad Azim sealed 21 restaurants for violating environmental rules. Notices were issued to over 150 restaurants and Bar B Q points. Environmental compliance was also got made in certain areas. Shahi Tikka house, Mansha Tikka house, Red onion, Amroze Shanwari, Khyber Shanwari, Qissa Khawani Kabab , Butt foods , HM Foods, Lahori chaska and others were sealed. Operation was conducted under the supervision of Secretary environment Silwat Saeed, DG Environmental Protection Abdullah Nayyar Sheikh and deputy director Rawalpindi Sadia Batool .
