D.i.khan: As many as 3 passer- by have been killed while 14 persons including 3 police men have been injured in explosion and firing incident near police van in South Waziristan.

According to media reports an explosion took place near police van close to Shakai stand in Wanna Bazar South Waziristan and soon after explosion some unknown armed persons opened fire causing fear and panic in the area.

Police have confirmed death of 3 passer-by in the incident while 14 persons including 3 police men are injured.

A heavy contingent of security personnel were deployed in the area after firing while evidences are being collected.
