Islamabad: Police while presenting report in Islamabad High Court (IHC) regarding four missing brothers has told that all the four brothers have not been traced so far.

SSP Punjab police assured the court warrants of nominated police men will be presented along with compliance and complete report will be given on next hearing.

The court while adjourning the hearing of the case remarked detailed order will be issued in this matter.

The court while expressing sheer dissatisfaction over performance of police authorities said some missing person case comes after every three or four days and then it is told they themselves had gone for wandering . Such attitude is not acceptable.

The court headed by Justice Muhammad Asif gave these remarks on Monday.

Emotional scenes were witnessed during the hearing of the case in the court when mother of the missing persons fell on the ground while weeping bitterly.

Lady constables and women lawyers served water to mother of missing children and helped her to rise.

The court was told no clue could be ascertained so far about theses four missing brothers.

The court expressed annoyance over failure of Islamabad and Punjab police in recovery of the missing brothers.

The counsel for the petitioner told the court one year and four months have passed since occurrence of this incident . But no progress has been made from police so far.

The counsel pointed out that 3 police men were nominated but they have not been arrested so far.

The court inquired what progress has been made so far.

DIG Islamabad police Jawad Tariq and SSP Punjab police told the court assistance has been sought from Safe city Rawalpindi and special investigation team has been set up.

DIG said the nominated police men did not join the investigation. Warrants will now be obtained for their arrest.

Justice Muhammad Asif remarked. warrants should have been obtained since long before. If it happens so with us then what we will do.

Director Legal Islamabad police Tahir Kazim took the plea several persons have given statement on their return they themselves had gone.

But the court rejected this stance
