Rahim yar khan: Bus has crushed laborers in a rickshaw killing 6 laborers and leaving 11 injured.

The injured were shifted were Sheikh Zaid Hospital Rahim Yar Khan and Tehsil Hospital Khan Pur.

The accident took place on adda Machi wala near `Zahir Peer on national highway Thursday morning.

Nasir Ahmad, Allah Bakhsh, Afzal and Hashim died on the spot while Muhammad Salim and Wasim succumbed to injuries in hospital.

Police reached the scene and shifted the injured to hospital. The bodies were handed over to respective family members.

The laborers were on their way to do labor in crop of sugar cane when the bus coming from behind crushed them.

Bus driver and conductor fled the scene.

Police have registered case and started investigation.
