Islamabad: Foreign Ministers (FMs) of 8 Muslim countries including Pakistan have issued joint statement on repeated violations of ceasefire by Israel in Gaza.

According to Foreign Officer (FO) Spokesperson, Pakistan, Egypt, Jordan, UAE, Indonesia , Turkiya , Saudi Arabia,and Qatar have said in a joint statement over 1000 Palestinians have been martyred and injured in Israeli attacks despite ceasefire.

Tension is escalating and the efforts for peace and stability are being harmed due to Israeli steps.

Foreign ministers demanded all parties to demonstrate patience and restraint at this critical juncture of time. Any such act be avoided which can cause harm to the existing process.

The Muslim countries has termed the Israeli steps direct threat to political process and an impediment on the way to create conducive environment.
