Islamabad: Judge Abida Sajjad of Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has ordered to send Toshakhana vehicle case against President Asif Ali Zardari and former Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif to Special judge central.Toshakhana vehicles reference against Asif Zardari, Nawaz Sharif and Yousuf Raza Gillani and others came up for hearing in AC Islamabad Thursday.Judge Abida Sajjad of AC sent the reference to special judge central of FIA.The court rejected the plea of the accused to send the case to FIA.Abida Sajjad judge of AC No 3 Islamabad announced reserved judgment.NAB had requested to send the case to FIA court.It is pertinent to mention here AC was hearing Toshakhana vehicles reference against president Asif Ali Zardari, former PM Nawaz Sharif, Yousuf Raza Gillani and others.According to NAB reference Asif Ali Zardari, Nawaz Sharif, Yousuf Raza Gillani and others are charged that they got allotted the vehicles illegally.
