Islamabad: Accountability Court (AC) Islamabad has issued notice to NAB on acquittal plea of former Prime Minister (PM) and PPP leader Raja Pervaiz Ashraf in rental power case.The court while seeking reply from NAB adjourned the hearing of the case till November 18.Judge Abida Sajjad of AC Islamabad took up rental power case for hearing against Raja Pervaiz Ashraf and others.Arshid Tabrez counsel for Raja Pervaiz Ashraf while filing petition seeking acquittal of accused persons in the light of NAB amendment said the accused have been acquitted in two cases based on such type of allegations earlier. In this reference allegations are of the same nature.The court while seeking reply from NAB adjourned the hearing till November 18.
