Islamabad: Acquittal pleas of PTI founder Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in 190 million pounds case have been fixed for hearing on October 24.

A two members bench of Islamabad High Court (IHC) comprising Chief Justice (CJ) IHC Aamer Farooq and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb will hear the petitions.

The previous hearing could not be held being Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb unwell.

It is pertinent to mention here Division bench has restrained Accountability court from announcing final decision.

Bail plea of Bushra Bibi has been fixed for hearing on October 22 in Toshakhana-2 case.
