Islamabad: Talliban government while welcoming Pakistan decision for appointing ambassador in Afghanistan, has announced upgrading the status of its charg© d'affaires in Islamabad to ambassador.

Afghan foreign ministry has welcomed Pakistan decision in a statement saying this step will pave the way for promoting relations between two brotherly countries.

Pakistan decision is being seen as positive forward movement at regional level.

Pakistan has upgraded the level of its charged d affairs Ubaid ul Rehman Nizamani in Kabut to the level of ambassador.
