Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) has announced decision on petition against the disqualification of former Member of Punjab Assembly (MPA) Ahmad Khan Bhachar.

As per media reports the court rejected the petition declaring it non maintainable.

Justice Khalid Ishaq announced 10 -page decision.

The court said in the decision the petitioner is convicted and proclaimed offender.

According to court the petition cannot be accepted unless the petitioner presents himself for arrest.

The petitioner should surrender himself before court first.
