Rawalpindi: Aleema Khan sister of Imran Khan has been taken into temporary judicial custody under the orders of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi

The hearing of the case registered against 11 accused including Aleema Khan in connection with November 26 protest is underway in ATC Rawalpindi.

Aleema Khan requested during the hearing of the case their counsel is engaged in Supreme Court and they be allowed to go.

Upon it prosecutor Zahir Shah said the accused Aleema Khan is in judicial custody under section 351 of criminal procedure.

When Aleema Khan came outside the court the female police officers took her into their custody . They escorted her to the court.

The court remarked the accused Aleema Khan should not go outside court's premises.

Faisal Malik counsel for Aleema Khan too reached the court.

It is pertinent to mention here court has issued arrest warrants of Aleema Khan several times in November 26 case.
