Islamabad: Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur has moved Islamabad High Court (IHC) in connection with removal of terror clauses in D-Chowk protest case ,Ali Amin Gandpapur filed petition through Ajmal Khan Mohmand in this regard in IHC Wednesday.The petitioner has requested the court for removing terrorism clauses from the case registered in police station secretariat.The petition said constitutional right was exercised to protest. Police registered terrorism case. The case was registered in Secretariat police station in Islamabad.The petitioner requested the court to suspend FIR or terrorism related clauses till final decision.We have staged peaceful protest as per right enshrined in the constitution.
