Ali Amin Gandapur resorts to court against issuance of his non bailable arrest warrants

Islamabad: Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur has resorted to Sessions court Islamabad against the decision of issuance of his arrest warrants in the case of possessing weapons illegally and recovery of liquor .CM KP did not appear in district court East Islamabad in recovery of liquor and possessing weapons illegally case being indisposed.In this regard he approached sessions court Islamabad against the decision of issuance of his arrest warrants.Raja Zahoor counsel for Ali Amin Gandapur filed petition for cancellation of arrest warrants.The petition said the petitioner is unwell. The other court had given him exemption from attendance on the basis of his medical report. He is still indisposed and he could not appear in the court on Wednesday. Arrest warrants have been issued against him which may be suspended.On the other side CM KP has filed petition in Peshawar High Court (PHC) for his transit bail.Alam Khan Awaizai filed bail plea in PHC on behalf of CM KP requesting the court for its early hearing.
