Peshawar: Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan has started the countrywide campaign to bring the out of school children in schools. Alkhidmat School built with the cost of Rs 80 million on six canal land at the Sarki, Charsadda has been inaugurated.President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Professor Dr. Hafeezur Rehman was the chief guest of the ceremony. Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan has started the countrywide campaign titled 'Aik Bacha Taleem Se Door-Har Bahana Na-Manzoor' to bring the millions of out of school children in schools. Under the program for increasing the literacy rate and creating awareness among the masses, these children, whom ages are of going to school but due to weak economic condition of their parents and other reasons are helpless to do tough work in workshops, markets and streets as street children, will be brought towards education with the cooperation of government and other like-minded relief organizations.This was announced by Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan President Professor Dr. Hafe ezur Rehman while inaugurating the newly constructed building of Alkhdimat Foundation School Sarki, Charsadda. Currently 900 children are securing education in the school.The ceremony was held under the chairmanship of President Alkhimdat Foundation Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Khalid Waqas and was attended by Emir JI KP Central Abdul Wassey, District Charsadda Emir Shah Hussain Advocate, leaders of JI and large number of parents of the children. The speakers addressing on the occasion said that 26 million children are out of schools, adding that in KP, 5 million children are out of school. Currently there are 26 branches of Alkhidmat Foundation Schools in KP, quality education is being provided to 10 thousand children at their doorstep, free of cost education facilities are being provided to 800 orphan children; meanwhile through 22 street children centers, basic education is being provided to over 2200 children.
