Alkhidmat Foundation wins Effie Award 2026

Lahore: Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan has won a Silver Effie Award 2026, a globally recognised benchmark for marketing effectiveness.The award was conferred in the Crisis Response / Critical Pivot (Non-Profit Organisations) category for Alkhidmat's humanitarian campaign titled 'Himmat Rakho, Hum Saath Kharay Hain'.The campaign was acknowledged for its effective strategy, timely execution, and measurable impact.The Effie Awards are regarded worldwide as a leading standard for marketing effectiveness, recognising not only creativity but also campaigns that deliver tangible and measurable results. Chief Marketing Officer of Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, Muhammad Umair Idrees, received the award along with team members. Speaking on the occasion, Secretary General Alkhidmat Foundation, Syed Waqas Jafri, termed the recognition a collective achievement of the organisation's team, volunteers and donors.'This award is a clear testament to Alkhidmat's ability to respond effectively in times of crisis by reaching vulnerable communities, delivering timely humanitarian assistance, and ensuring coordinated communication,' he said.He added that the recognition would further strengthen the organisation's credibility at both national and international levels. 'It is also an acknowledgment that Pakistani non-profit organisations are fully capable of delivering performance that meets global standards,' he remarked.Jafri said the achievement not only marked a milestone but also carried greater responsibility to continue serving humanity in a more effective, expanded and sustainable manner.
