Karachi: Alkhidmat Karachi's Orphan Care Program organized a "Train the Trainers" session at its Head Office to review the progress of its child development initiatives and enhance the effectiveness of future training programs.
The session was chaired by Yousuf Mohiuddin, Director of the Orphan Care Program. It was attended by Senior Manager Athar Suleman, along with Fasihullah Hussaini, Nauman Sheikh, Masood Ashraf, Tahir Zaman, and other volunteer trainers.
During the session, participants reviewed the outcomes of the training conducted for BaHimmat Children throughout the year, evaluated the trainers' performance over the past six months, and presented recommendations for future planning. Discussions also focused on improving the quality and effectiveness of upcoming training programs. Speaking on the occasion, Yousuf Mohiuddin appreciated the dedication and outstanding contributions of the trainers. He expressed satisfaction over the positive and constructive impact that the year-round training programs have had on the children's personal growth and development. He said that Alkhidmat is not only providing sponsorship and care for the BaHimmat Children under its Orphan Care Program but is also playing a significant role in building their personalities.
Throughout the year, the organization arranges various training programs aimed at nurturing the children's academic abilities, moral values, character, and leadership qualities, while preparing them to become responsible, successful, and compassionate individuals. Mohiuddin emphasized that this is a mission of great significance, as orphaned children should never be left to face life's challenges alone. Instead, they deserve continuous guidance, mentorship, and opportunities to flourish.
He further stated that all trainers associated with the program are serving voluntarily, reflecting Alkhidmat's strong spirit of community service and compassion. Reaffirming Alkhidmat's commitment, he said that the organization will continue to strengthen and further organize the program to ensure an even greater positive impact on the lives of the children.
