Islamabad: PTI chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan while terming the application filed by MNA Sher Afzal Marwat for reinstatement of former Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur conspiracy has said only PTI founder Imran Khan gives permission to make CM and Sohail Afridi has become CM on willingness of PTI founder and this decision cannot be changed.

Barrister Gohar told the media men after parliamentary party meeting Friday the meeting of parliamentary party continued for 8 hours. All reviewed the problems facing the country together.

The most important issue was non availability of facilities to Bushra Bibi with reference to her health. This matter was reviewed.

He said what attitude is being perpetrated with PTI founder is unconstitutional as well as inhuman. He is not being allowed to meet any one.

We have decided to demand his release. His cases be fixed forthwith and decided.

Whatever decisions are made under leadership of Mehmood Khan Achakzai are acceptable to us.

Parliamentary party has said jointly minus founder is not acceptable to us. Any such bid will be condemned strongly which is aimed at minus Imran Khan.

He said we will observe protest tomorrow. People should participate in it.

He said it has been brought into his notice that Sher Afzal Marwat has filed petition in

constitutional court. This is conspiracy being hatched. We condemn it. Who will be chief minister, its permission is given only by Imran Khan. Sohail Afridi has become Chief minister with the consent of PTI founder. This decision cannot be reversed.

He said Ali Amin Gandapur too has given clarification and I pay tribute to him on it.
