Islamabad: During the hearing of petition in Islamabad High Court (IHC) in connection with closure of PTI founder X account , the court has declared PTA reply unsatisfactory.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir remarked if the meeting of PTI counsel Akram Raja is arranged with PTI founder then final arguments will take place on February 24.

In the event of non arranging meeting with PTI founder Advocate General (AG) Islamabad Office should file detailed reply in contempt of court plea.

PTI counsel Suleman Akram Raja took the plea they have registered case against me but I am not allowed to meet my client. PTI founder is kept in solitary confinement. Your November 4 orders for arranging meeting are not being implemented since two months.

Suleman Akram Raja said can I go to Adiala jail today for meeting.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir while addressing the state counsel said this case will move ahead if the meeting of counsel of second party is arranged with the client.

You should see what is writ petition and what is reply of PTA. Whatever you have to say, file it in writing. We will issue proper order in this regard.

The court adjourned the hearing of the case till February 24.
