Appointment of MA pass individuals as scavenger : FCC seeks record from KP government


Islamabad: Disclosure has been made about appointment of MA pass individuals against the post of scavenger in KP Upon it Federal Constitutional Court (FCC) has sought record of all appointments made from 2016 so far. As per media report, the case related to appointment of scavengers in KP came up for hearing in FCC.



The counsel for the petitioner took the plea appointments were made despite ban on political appointments. The favorites were given jobs on the letter of Member of Provincial Assembly (MPA).



Additional Advocate General (AAG) replied that the alleged recommendatory letter is fake. No stamp or any signature or reference is mentioned on it. I can take out such fake letter from the computer of court.



Justice Amir Farooq remarked fake documents be not taken out from our system at least.



Justice Hassan Azhar Rizvi remarked MA Pass candidates are coming for the post of scavenger . But such people don’t do the work of cleanliness practically. This is matter of regret that high qualified persons are becoming candidates for such posts due to lack of employment.



Justice Amir Farooq remarked had the applicant been appointed this would have too been violation of ban. The court while seeking record of all appointments made so far since 2016 maintained this will be reviewed that appointments have been made as per law or otherwise. Further hearing of the case was adjourned till next week.
