Islamabad: Arrested MNAs of PTI have challenged the order of their 8 days physical remand in Islamabad High Court (IHC).Sheikh Waqas Akram, Shoaib Shaheen, Zain Qureshi and Sher Afzal filed their review petitions through their counsels on Wednesday.The petitions said that Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) approved physical remand in haste.It was said in the petition that ATC announced decision without reviewing the role in FIR. The reasons for granting physical remand have not been mentioned in order.The decision of ATC runs contrary to principle of law, truth and justice.The petitioners requested the court to approve bail plea besides nullifying the decision of ATC.
