LAH0RE: JI Naib Amir Liaqat Baloch has said arrests of political leadership are condemnable and government should pursue the path of dialogue with opposition.

PTI leader Asad Qaisar made telephonic contact with Liaqat Baloch and the two exchanged views on governor rule and declaration of emergency in KP.

Liaqat Baloch said Asad Qaisar has talked about convening All Parties Conference (APC) by opposition. JI will participate in APC.

He said JI can challenge the government steps based on ill-intent in constitutional court.

Government should admit the mistake of misusing the constitution. Government should withdraw grave allegations and adopt the path of dialogue with opposition.
